The reality of applying the elements of administrative creativity among heads of academic departments at the faculties of Misurata University

Abstract

This research focuses on identifying (the reality of applying administrative creativity by heads of the scientific departments in the colleges of Misurata University). To achieve this goal, the following questions were raised : - What is the reality of applying the elements of the administrative creativity of the heads of scientific departments in the colleges of Misurata University ? This main question is divided into sub-questions : 1. To what degree are the elements of administrative creativity of the heads of departments in the colleges of Misurata University available? 2. Are there any statistically significant differences in terms of availability of the elements of administrative creativity of departmental heads according to the variable of age? 3. Are there any statistically significant differences in in terms of availability of the elements of administrative creativity of departmental heads according to the variable of years of experience?
