The research aimed to identify the reality of using the blended learning
strategy in teaching by faculty members at the Faculty of Education -
Misurata University. The research problem was defined in the following key
question: What is the reality of using the blended learning strategy in teaching by faculty members at the Faculty of Education - Misurata
University?
To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive approach was used, as it is
considered the most appropriate scientific approach for this research. To
reach the results, an electronic questionnaire was applied to collect data, after
verifying its validity and reliability. It was distributed to a sample of the
research community represented by faculty members at the Faculty of
Education. The sample consisted of (40) faculty members. The research
reached the following results9
1- The reality of using the blended learning strategy by faculty members at
the Faculty of Education - Misurata University is (weak).
2- The total of faculty members' use of the blended learning strategy is
(average).
3- The obstacles to faculty members' use of the blended learning strategy are
(high).
4- There are differences between the averages of the sample's opinions about
the scope of using the blended learning strategy by faculty members at the
Faculty of Education - Misurata University attributed to the variable of
academic qualification (Master and Doctorate), in favor of those with a
master's degree.
5- There are differences between the averages of the sample's opinions about
the amount of using the blended learning strategy by faculty members at the
Faculty of Education - Misurata University attributed to the variable of
academic degree (lecturer or less, assistant professor or more), in favor of
those with an academic degree (lecturer or less).
6- There are no differences between the averages of the sample's opinions
about the scope of using the blended learning strategy at the Faculty of
Education - Misurata University attributed to the variable (years of
experience).
7-There are no differences between the averages of the sample's opinions
about the obstacles to using the blended learning strategy from the point of
view of faculty members at the Faculty of Education - Misurata University
attributed to the variable (academic qualification - academic degree - years of
experience).
