Publisher’s Responsibilities (Misurata University)

Legal Responsibility:
The university is committed to taking all necessary measures to avoid any legal liability related to the publishing process.

Transparency and Declared Policies:
The University ensures that its publishing policies and ethical guidelines in both Arabic and English are made publicly available in both Arabic and English through the official websites of its scientific journals, in order to maintain clarity and transparency.

Addressing Publishing Violations:
In collaboration with the Editors-in-Chief, the University is committed to addressing all forms of publishing misconduct, including plagiarism and copyright infringement, and to taking the necessary corrective measures whenever such violations occur.

Corrections and Retractions:
The University undertakes to publish clear corrections in the event of any technical or typographical errors in published research, and to retract any publication proven to violate academic conduct rules or ethical standards.

Fairness and Non-Discrimination:
The University guarantees full equality and non-discrimination against any author based on age, gender, color, religion, marital status, or ethnic or geographical affiliation.

Open Access:
The University is committed to ensuring open access to all published materials to promote knowledge sharing and scientific research.

Archiving and Digital Preservation:
The University takes the necessary measures to preserve and archive published research with specialized and recognized international institutions such as Portico, while ensuring the assignment of a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to all articles.

Academic Integrity:
The University supports full compliance with international publishing standards (COPE, Scopus), thereby enhancing researchers’ and readers’ trust in the published content.
