The level of organizational intelligence among the leaders of the Faculty of Education at Misurata University with a model (Karl Albrecht) and its relationship to administrative performance

Abstract

This research aimed at scientific information about organizational knowledge and administrative performance, and knowledge verified the verification of this type and described it as a kind of distinct types of intelligence or administrative practices within the College of Education, Misurata at the level of its leaders in the famous Karl Albrecht model with seven dimensions, and determining the type of relationship between it on the one hand and between Administrative performance on the other hand, in addition to determining whether there are statistically significant differences at that level due to the gender variables (male-female) in the researched category, which is the permanent teaching staff at the college, and specialization: (scientific-literary), during my education: fall 2021 AD, where the research community represented all the faculty members of the College of Education, who numbered (219) members, according to the statement of the Faculty Affairs Office, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire consisting of (43) data was analyzed and processed using the statistical program (spss).
