Abstract

Zakat is a great pillar of Islam that requires researchers and writers to
re-present it, collect its rulings and secrets from various sources, and present
it in a modern form and in a modern style, and what is compiled about it is
not enough.
Our scholars in past eras were composed for their era and in the style of their
era .
This research attempts to complete the collection of what is related to
contemporary issues in the provision of zakat to the poor and needy from
contemporary jurisprudence books and other sources of Islamic culture and
present it in an appropriate way, to help in imagining the rule of Islam in the
developments of the era and establishing its legal rooting, in order to arrive at
the most likely opinions according to the legal evidence. In light of the need
and interest of Muslims in this era regarding this issue of developments and
realistic issues that occurred to people that did not exist in previous eras, or
existed except that find something that requires re-diligence in it.
