The obstacles of the implementing the total quality in the faculty of education.

Abstract
One of the biggest challenges that faces the educational institutions,
especially in the universities, is the total quality. That led to the need of
knowing what is the total quality, and implementing them as an educational
path to be followed, in order to improve the levels of teaching and learning.
As well as focusing on the output. The total quality in higher education is to
develop the processes of teaching and learning for graduates whom will
struggle with many things that will hinder them from knowing how to lead to
manage or to mingle with others. This study aims to:
1. Specify the current obstacles that hinder people from knowing what
the total quality really is.
2. Specify the obstacles due to sex
3. Specify the obstacles due to qualifications
4. Specify the obstacles due to experience
The researcher used the Descriptive analytical method.
A questionnaire of 38 points that represents the obstacles which hinders the
implication of the management of total quality. It was divided into five
different groups. The questionnaire was given to many teachers in the
faculty of education. SPSS is used to analyze the data collected from
questionnaires.
