Extracting the Features of Poetic Necessity from the Explanation of Ibn Ashour and his comment on the Diwan of Al-Nabigha Al-Thabiani

Abstract

This research deals with the characteristics of the poetic necessity in Ibn Ashour’s explanation of the Diwan of Al-Nabigha Al-Thabiani, by detecting and extracting them in the folds of these pages. This research is not concerning with explanations other than what was revealed by Ibn Ashour. So, the researcher will only comment on what Ibn Ashour commented on, however, some other poetic characteristics will be mentioned in the margins of the research. This research comprises three sections in addition to the introduction. The first section is devoted to the definition of the poetic necessity, Alnabgha, and Ibn Ashour. The second section is for detecting the positions of addition, omission and the rank. The third section is to detect the positions of the movements. Finally, the researcher concludes with the main findings elicited by the research data.
