The structure of the abstract discourse and Al-Atlah in Jarir's poetry

Abstract

This paper deals with the abstraction function in examples of the poetry of the Umayyad poet Jarir. That was formed in the structure of the abstraction style in the poetic formulation of the poet، and the research tried to identify the dualism of the self the theme that was formed through this style was woman، divorce، satire، praise، human relations، elegy، and pride were the subjects of this style . The study also observed the different attitudes of the poetess self in these fields. The study began by defining the concept of abstraction، and tried to define its types، and highlighted the psychological situation، tearing and conflict thatthe poetic self-suffers from in some situations that live in a position imposed on it by this method. The study also dealt with the phenomenon of (Al-Atlah)، which is considered a kind of abstraction، and it has emerged clearly In quite a few of his poetic texts، the study detailed the discussion of the pillars of al-Muthel and spoke about their images through poetic examples.
