Keywords:
Indicators of change, trends analysis, T-test, Cumulated Sums, DERNA areaAbstract
The research aims to analyze indicators of temperature change in
the DERNA area by analyzing annual, seasonal, and monthly data for
minimum and dry temperature to detect trends of change, increasing or
decreasing, using Cumulated Sums and T-tests. The statistical methods used
revealed the presence of indicators toward an increase in rates. Annual and
seasonal minimum temperature in the study area at a statistical significance
level of less than 0.001. The differences ranged between 0.61-1.37°C. The annual rates of dry temperature also showed significant trends towards
increase with a difference of 1.02°C, while the seasonal trends were towards
increase in the fall and summer seasons, and the decrease in the winter and
spring seasons was without statistical significance. The amount of decrease
amounted to -0.12°C in the spring season and -0.37°C in winter season.
