Abstract: The study dealt with analyzing the patterns of geographical distribution of manufacturing workers in the Misurata region, and the aspects of the study showed the importance of industrial employment and its structure, and its classification according to the existing industries, as well as the variation in labor costs and factors affecting its productivity, and the spatial distribution according to the type of industry, in addition to the variation in labor wages According to the type of industry, its ownership and the reasons for this discrepancy. Finally, the study touched on productivity and the added value of these industries and their variation compared to some regions of Libya.
