Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the values included in the text-book of
the national education for the fourth grade of primary education stage, where
the research included the book of national education. To achieve the goals of
the research, the researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and
to answer the research questions, the researchers implemented a modified
(White) classification list by the researcher (Al Ghazal) and their validity was
verified by presenting them to a group of arbitrators, and the results of the
research reached are:
1. There are (601) value ideas distributed in eight dimensions.
2. The values did not reach the standard representing the prevailing values
which is (12.02) and above. It was less than the degree of this standard.
3. The highest values were in favor of the value of (food) repeating (45), and
by (7.79)
4. Also, some of the values are not present in the text -book of national
education and their frequency (zero) is ( justice - control or power -
aggression - martyrdom - victory and love of the nation).
