The philosophy of Rudolf Carnap is based on addressing the issues of philosophy from the point of view of logic in its contemporary sense, therefore, his philosophical efforts lie in the application of logic to philosophy, and to establish a scientific philosophy, Carnap set up his philosophical project of logical analysis of science issues and concepts, in order for philosophy to be scientific, it must rely on logical analysis in alltraditional philosophical problems, accordingly, Carnap was interested in constructing a logical language, relying on the method of constructing logical arithmetic, thus, his philosophical attempt is evident in taking advantage of logical analysis to build a common methodological basis for both applied and human sciences, by unifying the human, applied and experimental sciences, relying on the logical language, based on the fact that Carnap is considered the most important philosophers of logical positivism who cared about logical analysis and its application to various philosophical, scientific and linguistic fields; this is due to the opinions he presented on issues related to science: such as the relationship between induction and probability, and about the possibility of restitution probability to statistics or to logic? Accordingly, this study aims to stand on the reality and effectiveness of the process of logical analysis of the concepts and issues of sciences.
