Imam Malik’s approach - may God have mercy on him - in responding to those who differ from people of whims and sects

Abstract

This study aims to explain the approach of one of the eminent
imams, whose virtue and leadership in the religion and abundance of
knowledge the nation witnessed, Imam Malik bin Anas - may God have
mercy on him - the imam of the Prophet’s House of Hijrah, in responding to
the violators from among the people of sects and desires, and I used the
descriptive and analytical approach, and divided it into an introduction. An introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The introduction: included the
importance of the research, the reasons for choosing it, the objectives of the
research, the methodology followed in the study, and the research plan. In the
introduction, I dealt with a brief translation of Imam Malik - may God
Almighty have mercy on him, and his scientific effects in responding to
violators, and explaining the meaning of: (the violators). The first topic: in
which I dealt with responding to violators from the foundations of our true
religion, and the second topic: in which I discussed the approach of Imam
Malik - may God have mercy on him. With those who disagreed, and the
conclusion: It included the most important findings and recommendations
that I reached.
