Evaluate the Arabic language curriculum for the seventh grade of Basic Education Schools from two perspectives: Technical direction and introduction

Abstract

<> This study was conducted in the city of Misurata in Libya, and aimed at evaluating the Arabic language curriculum for the seventh grade of the basic education stage in the following areas: the artistic direction of the curriculum book, and the introduction to the curriculum book from the point of view of the subject teachers and inspectors; During the academic year 2020-2021 AD; To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach to collect data by using a questionnaire that was prepared and judged; And then distributed to the study sample, which amounted to (119 teachers) and (10 inspectors), and the study resulted in the following results: 1- The evaluation assessment of teachers and inspectors regarding the evaluation of the technical output of the Arabic language curriculum book for the seventh grade of basic education was widely available, and it reached the required quality in accordance with the approved standards. 2- The evaluation assessment of teachers and inspectors regarding the evaluation of the introduction to the Arabic language curriculum book for the seventh grade of basic education was available to a small degree among teachers, and a degree not available to the inspectors; In both estimates, it did not reach the required degree of quality according to the approved standards. 3- There is no statistically significant difference between the average of teachers and inspectors in evaluating artistic output. 4- There is a statistically significant difference between the average of teachers and inspectors in evaluating the introduction to the book in favor of teachers; The average evaluation rating of teachers was higher than that of inspectors.
