Abstract

<> This study aims to identify the family and social effects of women’s work outside their home. To achieve the objectives of the study, his study aimed to identify the family and social effects of women working outside the home, which resulted in the following questions: What are the family and social effects of women working outside the home on their neighbours ؟ What are the family and social effects of a woman working outside the home in terms of her husband ؟What are the family and social effects of women working outside the home in terms of their children ؟What are the family and social effects of women working outside the home in terms of their relatives ؟ What are the family and social effects of women working outside the home in terms of their neighbor the researcher adopts a questionnaire prepared by Abu Madin (2017), which consists of a set of axis, under each axis there is a set of paragraphs related to the family and social effects of women's work outside their home. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by presenting it to a group of arbitrators, then it was distributed to the study sample consisting of a group of (50) female social workers in the education sector in Misurata City. The internal consistency of the paragraphs was calculated, and the data was statistically processed by using the statistical program (spss). The results of the study showed that the effects of women's work are more regarded to their relatives and neighbours, as most of the paragraphs of this axis revealed a large extent; unlike the paragraphs of the axis related to the women themselves, which showed low degrees.
