Abstract

<> This research is entitled: Investigating and extracting the hadiths contained in: “Briefly Obtaining Kindness with The origins of Sustenance,” authored by Ahmed Abdel-Fattah bin Omar Al-Malawi Al-Shafi’i (died in 1181 AH.), who summarized the book’s origin, which is Obtaining Kindness with the Origins of Sustenance, by the author, memorizer, and diligent, Jalal Al-Din Abi Al-Fadl, Abd Al-Rahman Al-Suyuti Al-Shafi’i, who died in 911 AH. The book is distinguished by the fact that it is full of interest, easy to phrase, arranged in thoughts, mentioned in verses from the Book of God Almighty, prophetic hadiths, traces of companions and followers, verses from poetry, and so on. An investigative section has been created for it entitled Investigating and extracting the hadiths and effects mentioned in brief about the kindness to the origins of this livelihood. This paper included The introduction showed the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, its objective, previous studies, the method, the problematic of the study, and the research plan.
