Abstract

<> This research study aims at conducting a linguistic analysis of two Quranic words - (تتساءلون) and(الأرحام)- in the first verse of Surat An-Nisa in the different readings of the Holy Quran. The study encompasses the argument for and against each different reading. It also explores the dissimilarities between the two grammatical schools of Basra and Kufa.
