The Difficulties Facing students of Practical Education at the College of Education at the University of Zintan from their Point of View

The study aims to identify: the difficulties facing students
teachers at the Faculty of Education, Derj, University of Zintan. The
population and sample of the study consists of all 55 students in the fourthyear of academic years 2021 and 2022, from the Faculty of Education, Derj,
University of Zintan, and they are required to implement the practical
education programme in the municipality schools of Derj, the researcher
applied a questionnaire that included the difficulties facing students of
practical education in college. The researcher prepared that questionnaire and
presented it to educational professors to verify its validity and reliability. To
analyze the data, statistical methods were used, including arithmetic
averages, and the use of the statistical analysis program (SPSS). The study
reached many results, the most important of which are: The level of
difficulties facing student teachers came down, the most prominent of which
is the focus of teaching methods on theoretical aspects and training at the end
of the academic year, and most of the difficulties are related to supportive
training workshops. The results of the study also showed that there are no
statistically significant differences. The level of significance is 0.05 due to
the gender variable for the first and second axes of the study. There are also
statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 due to the
cumulative average variable for the fourth and fifth axes of the study. These
differences are in favor of the acceptable rate. The study recommends
holding training courses and workshops for student teachers, and suggests
conducting studies concerned with the practical education curriculum and
evaluating it from the point of view of professors and student teachers.
