Licensing Policy
Licensing and Usage Framework in the Journal:
All articles published in the Journal are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows readers and researchers to use, copy, share, or even adapt the content for commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the author and the original source.
Authors:
Researchers retain full intellectual property rights to their articles, while granting the Journal a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute the content. Authors may reuse their work in future research or academic presentations, provided that the original publication is properly cited. They are also responsible for ensuring that all materials used, including images, tables, and figures, have the necessary permissions for use.
Users:
Any reader or researcher has the right to access, download, share, or reuse the articles for legitimate purposes, including modifications or commercial use, provided that proper attribution is given to the author and the Journal. Content must not be distorted or misrepresented, and any modifications made to the published material must be clearly disclosed.
Restrictions and Exceptions:
The moral rights of authors must be respected, and all applicable laws must be observed when using the content. Any use of third-party materials requires prior written permission, with clear attribution to the original source, to ensure ethical and responsible use of the content.
