Attitudes of male and female teachers about using strategies of cooperative learning in the city of Misurata

The aim of this research is to know teachers’ attitudes towards
using the cooperative learning strategy at the primary level in the city of
Misurata. I used descriptive research, and the research sample was used
randomly, moreover the current sample includes 300 male and female
teachers. Questionnaires were conducted to determine the extent of teachers’
diversity in using cooperative learning within the classroom. The research
found that teachers in the primary stage adopted this strategy to develop educational work by improving the teacher’s professional and leadership
performance What has been observed is that some teachers still follow the
traditional
method of indoctrination in the teaching method. This method has become
boring and has a negative impact that reduces the level of educational,
cognitive and social development of the teacher. Also, the students. Since the
cooperative learning strategy is one of the most important, best and simplest
strategies, it is necessary to highlight knowledge of its reality in The Libyan
school community inside primary schools in the city of Misurata
