The main objective of this research is to use the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, which allows the various artificial intelligence tools such as sensors, controllers, and actuators to be connected to an Arduino board, to build a system with high reliability for controlling factors that improve the quality of agricultural products, such as water, humidity, and temperature. This was demonstrated by applying the technology to a smart agricultural greenhouse model, designed to simulate the real world. The sensors autonomously detect the temperature and humidity in the air and soil, as well as the water level in the tank, and convert the readings into a comprehensible percentage, which is displayed on a monitor. The monitor is designed to be accessible either through a computer or a mobile phone, allowing the user to access all data and measurements periodically. The research results showed that using electronic protection and control devices, such as sensors and Arduino boards, and incorporating artificial intelligence into agriculture, resulted in what is known as smart agriculture. This has the potential to develop and improve the agricultural system by directing it towards producing more with lower costs and higher quality. One of the important findings of this research is that it enables farmers to control the tools without the need to be present at a specific place and time to deal with a specific device. This research recommends the necessity of conducting related research in the field of smart agriculture, as well as the collaboration of specialized entities to provide and support the necessary equipment for implementing this type of agriculture, and training and preparing specialized personnel.
