Problems facing principals in Misurata public schools

Abstract

This study aims to identify (problems facing principals in public schools in Misurata) and the ways of overcoming them from their point of view. And also the problems that hinder their job in the schools in relation to "the student, the teacher, the school building, the community, parents, and the administrative aspects.". It also aims to identify the role of research variables (gender, qualification, experience, and educational stage) on the problems facing principals and how to overcome them in their schools from their point of view. The data was analyzed by using the statistical analysis program (Spss), and the sample was taken from fifty three school principals of Misurata Education Directorate. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and the research revealed many results as follows:- The large degree of problems that many principals of public schools encounter. - There are no statistical differences about the problems that face the principals due to the variable (gender, qualification, experience and educational stage).
