Abstract: This research aims to identify the problems faced by the teachers of the first grades in basic education in the management of the class. These problems will be classified and then submitted a number of proposals to deal with them. However, this research used descriptive analytical method, and based on that a questionnaire was designed and sent to the sample of the research, which amounted to 83 teachers. This research reached a number of conclusions and recommendations: Excessive movement of pupils in classrooms.The overcrowded school day.The weakness of the curriculum and the requirements and needs of pupils. Not to use the various educational means and the lack of activities in the educational curriculum.
