Social support and its relationship to the level of academic achievement among a sample of married students at the Faculty of Education, Misurata University

<> The aim of the research is to identify social support and its relationship to the level of academic achievement of a sample of married students, as well as to identify the differences in social support between married students according to the variables of specialization and the number of children. They were randomly selected from the University of Misurata, and the researchers relied on the social support questionnaire prepared by (Hawariya, 2013) and (Abdul-Hadi, 2018), and it consisted of (25) items, divided into two areas: the field of social support and the number of its paragraphs (14) items, and the domain of Academic achievement and the number of paragraphs (11) paragraphs, the results resulted in: - Social support plays an important role for a married student in making her feel comfortable and reassured, and thus she has a sense of stability. Encouraging family and friends is a strong motive that affects raising academic achievement, and thus the rest of the paragraphs are sequenced with a high level of achievement. - There are no differences in the level of social support between married female students at the College of Education due to the variables of specialization and the number of children. There is a moderate direct relationship between the level of social support
and the level of academic achievement, that is, the greater the social support,
the better the level of academic achievement.
