This research aims to study some of the positions of the levels of linguistic criticism in the book (Khair al-Kalam fi al-Taqsi al-Aghlat al-Awam) by Ali Lali Bali, famous for Manaq, a selective study of the critical features of the four levels of linguistics (phonetic, morphological, grammatical, and semantic); This is to highlight the linguistic value of such works, which dealt with such phenomena outside the linguistic rules, and opened the way for scholars and researchers to delve into the vaccination of the ancient linguistic heritage with the developments of linguistic sciences, by highlighting the old works in criticism and linguistic correction, and standing up to the extent of the knowledge of their authors. to issue their critical judgments on what is common among the common people, and to know what is acceptable or rejected from those judgments; Accordingly, the research was based on an introduction, a preface, three topics, and a conclusion.
