The aimed of this study is to identify the attitudes of the kindergarten teacher towards the profession of education. It also aimed to identify the significance of the differences in the attitudes of kindergarten teachers towards the teaching profession due to the variables of academic qualification, and years of experience, descriptive method was used. The study sample included (264) kindergarten teacher. A questionnaire of attitudes of kindergarten teachers towards the profession of education consist (32) items was used prepared by (Al Bergdar, 2012) The study found the following results: the attitudes of the kindergarten teachers towards the profession of educat is postitive, and there are no statistical significant differences in the attitudes of kindergarten teachers in Ombada Locality towards the teaching profession due to the variables of academic qualification, and years of experience.
