Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the level of perceptible selfefficacy among elementary school teachers in the city of Misurat, in addition
identifying the differences in the level of perceptible self- efficacy among
elementary school teachers in the city according to the variables (GenderSpecialization- Experience), TO achieve the objectives of the research, the
researchers used the descriptive exploratory approach, and the research
community consists of elementary school teach=ers in the schools of the city
of Misurata, Whose number is (6892) male and female teachers, While the
research sample consisted of (500) male and female teacher, (93) male
teacher, and (407) female teacher, then they were selected by random
ssampling method from all schools in Misurata, the researchers relied on the
perceptble self- efficacy scale, which consists of (32) items, according to Abu
Ali (2015), After confirming the validity and reliability of scale, the
researchers used the repetition and relative tables, the standard deviation, the
arithmetic mean the Pearson correlation coefficient and the (T) test as
statistical treatment methods, The results of the research revealed that the
general level of perceptible self- efficacy among elementary school teachers
in the school of Misurata Was average, In addition to thatm the results of the
resarch showed that there are differences in the level of perceptible selfefficacy according to the gender variable in favor of the female teachers, The
results showed that there no differences in the level of perceptible selfefficacy according to the two variables (Specialization and Experence).
