Ethics of Publishing

  1. Originality and Innovation
  • Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original and unpublished, in whole or in part.
  • Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal is strictly prohibited.
  • Authors bear full responsibility for the authenticity of their work and must avoid all forms of plagiarism.
  1. Academic Integrity
  • Researchers must adhere to scientific and academic standards in preparing and documenting their research.
  • Any potential conflict of interest that may influence the results or their interpretation must be disclosed.
  1. Authorship Contribution
  • Only individuals who have made a substantial contribution to the research should be listed as authors, with a clear statement of their roles.
  • It is not permissible to add the names of non-contributors or exclude individuals who have meaningfully participated in the work.
  1. Plagiarism and Misappropriation
  • The unauthorized use of others’ work or ideas without proper attribution is strictly prohibited.
  • All submitted works will be screened using specialized plagiarism detection software.
  1. Double-Blind Peer Review
  • All manuscripts are subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review process, in which both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities remain confidential.
  1. Copyright and Licensing
  • The journal is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of authors while retaining the right of publication.
  • Authors must sign a publishing agreement outlining the terms of licensing and future use of the published work.

  1. Ethical Considerations in Artistic and Media Research
  • Cultural values, human rights, and personal privacy must be respected—especially in research involving interviews, original artwork, images, or media content.
  • Written consent must be obtained when using copyrighted materials, personal images, or locations with privacy or ownership rights.
  1. Enforcement Measures for Publication Ethics
  • Authors are required to sign an official declaration upon submission, affirming their compliance with all publication ethics and standards.
  • All submitted research will be screened for plagiarism using tools such as Turnitin before being forwarded for peer review.
  • If plagiarism or misappropriation is detected, the manuscript will be immediately rejected and the author will be notified.
  • If ethical misconduct is discovered after publication, the article will be retracted and an official statement will be issued.
  • The author will be placed on a blacklist by the editorial board and barred from future academic dealings with the journal.
  • The author’s affiliated institution will be formally notified in writing.
