• Research works to be published in the Journal of the University of Misurata for Agricultural Sciences should be refereed and subject to the supervision of the editor in chief and the editorial board members.
• Research work should contribute to deepening knowledge in the fields of agricultural sciences.
• The Journal accepts original and relevant scientific research works that have not been published in other journals or scientific conferences in both languages (Arabic and English).
• For publication in Arabic, an abstract in English must be included. Similarly, publications in English must include an abstract in Arabic.
• Submitting research manuscripts for publication in the journal by the researcher (s) after preparing them according to the research writing conditions of the journal.
• After receiving the manuscript, it should be sent to two referees in the same specialty provided, that the duration of the refereeing shall not exceed one month from the date of sending the manuscript to the referee. Refereeing would be assigned to another referee if no response was received two months after the date of sending.
• The research work may be rejected to be published if the referees reject it, but if the rejection was made by one referee, the manuscript should be sent to a third referee and his opinion would be the decisive decision.
• The researcher should make the required amendments suggested by the referees in a period that does not exceed (15 days) after which the manuscript is sent to one of the members of the editorial board for conformity.
• The researcher is not allowed to publish more than one research article in each issue.
• The editorial board of the journal has the right to make some amendments to the research article so as not to change its content and in accordance with the style and design of the journal for publication.
• The article will be presented in its final form to the researcher (s) before publication.
• The journal issue is reviewed and ratified before being published at the editorial board meeting.
