Due to the spread of bacteria resistant to antibiotics, modern research has been directed towards the development of antimicrobial treatments with a focus on medicinal plants, honey is one of the most important of these traditional medical treatments that were used in the past so that it has no side effects chemical medicines used recently, this study conducted to investigate the inhibitory effect of honey on the bacterial species resistant to many antibiotics, the study included 23 isolates of bacteria resistant to the following antibiotics (Metronidazole, Gentamycin, Sulfamethoxazole-Trimethoprim, Ampicillin, Fusidic acid, Amoxicillin clavulanic acid, Erythromycin) and used Sider honey by diluting distilled water with several concentrations (0,25%,50%,75%,100%), the results showed that the inhibitor concentration of honey at 100% on Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria, The highest inhibitory effect sider of honey was obtained at the same concentration 100% on negative gram and positive bacteria by 35 mm.
