Policies for attracting and selecting arbitrators

The referees in the journal should be selected in full confidentiality between the members according to the following criteria:
1- Scientific degree.
2-Specialization and precise specialization.
3-Experience in the field of work.
4-Previous cooperation with the journal in terms of arbitration.
5-Previous publication in the journal.
6-Diversity in the selection of referees from inside and outside the university from other Libyan universities.
7-The possibility of benefiting from arbitrators from outside Libyan universities.
As for the policies of attracting arbitrators, they are as follows:
1-Referring the lists of arbitrators to the competent authorities to disburse the financial reward prescribed for them.
2-Issuing statements of thanks and appreciation to the judges who are distinguished from others, according to the opinion of the editorial committee.
3-Include the names of the referees in the journal at the time of publication.
