reviewers’ recommendations regarding acceptance or rejection.
Editors must act with neutrality and sound judgment in assigning appropriate
reviewers, maintaining the anonymity of authors to avoid bias.
Editors must evaluate the originality of manuscripts with transparency using
globally accepted software tools to detect plagiarism, ensuring the avoidance
of personal bias.

manuscript.
Editors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest they may encounter
while performing their editorial duties and must recuse themselves from
decision-making in the case of personal, institutional, or financial conflicts.
Editors must not disclose any unpublished material from submitted
manuscripts without the authors’ consent.
Editors should adhere to the journal’s publishing standards and coordinate
with authors to ensure compliance with its editorial style and policies.
