Abstract... Our Libyan ancient scholars of the deep-rooted Islamic advisory opinion ”fatwa”. When any of them tackles a certain issue, a proper establishment of the origin of it is reached, showing his great capability to derivate provisions from the proofs thereof; as they have extreme perception, rapid insight and good understanding of the texts written by the previous decent scholars.
This is a clear example of the strength of recitation and instant understanding and devising the legitimate provisions, the (Fatwa of Sheikh Mohamed MuftahGerreo), ”Allah Bless him and place him in His paradise”. I asked him a question, and replied immediately, with no loitering. When I requested him for a proved written answer, he prepared it with no change of the fatwa, but stated its demonstrations for the authentication of his answer, Allah bless him.
Therefore, our duty is to bring out their publications and fatwas shelfed in the libraries to science and scholars spaces to highly value and appreciate their efforts.
I have chosen the issue of the workers` and manufacturers` wages paid to them from the bank loans under the riba-based profit; as an example of the importance of this issue at present for a large number of loans and the frequent questions about such a dealing with those who take them. For the importance of this issue, we have to show the scholarly capabilities of our scholars, Allah may bless all of them
